As EVP and CEO, I've scaled Absolunet, which I built alongside two partners into one of North America’s leading independent eCommerce agencies. The company grew to 300+ employees, driven by 30%+ CAGR over seven years, before being acquired by Valtech.
Following the acquisition, I joined Valtech as EVP & Managing Director, where I led the integration of Absolunet, the creation and expansion of the Commerce Service Line for the Americas, and
strategic client development across Retail, CPG, and Luxury.
Valtech is a global digital transformation company with 7,000+ employees across 20 countries.
Today, I leverage this experience to help organizations navigate complex growth challenges, improve operational performance, and prepare for their next stage of value creation.
2003 - 2022
With two partners, I helped build Absolunet, a digital commerce firm, into one of North America’s leading independent eCommerce agencies.
During that period:
- the company grew to 300+ employees
- achieved ~30% CAGR over seven years
- consistently delivered Rule of 40 performance
Absolunet was eventually acquired by Valtech, a global digital consultancy.
Following the acquisition, I joined Valtech as EVP & Managing Director, where I led:
- the integration of Absolunet
- the expansion of the Commerce Service Line for the Americas
- strategic client development across Retail, CPG, and Luxury
Over two years, our team delivered ~25% annual growth while maintaining EBITDA margins above 20%.
